In the summer months at full moon, as sunset is so late it is possible to capture the moonrise and sunset in the same image. A stitched panoramic image made up of over 12 images we see the Cape Town city bowl nestled up on it’s left with the moon coming up over Table Bay and the sunset over Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean on the right.The “Table Cloth” that is rolling over the “Table” and the 12 Apostles is also present.
